Recently I went to have a look at Bob Olson's website (afterlifetv.com). Bob is a private investigator having conducted numerous interviews with people who had near death experiences. In one of these interviews Bob talks to a woman who remembered former lives and could prove by investigation that the places and families really existed.
This woman not only remembered past lives which were provable, but also a future life. Of course there is no proof as the story has not taken place yet. As her memories of former lives were proved so appropriately it raises the likelihood to see a certain truth in her future reporting.
But still, in my opinion the future is not fixed. There are endless possible future versions and I suppose there are parallel dimensions where one future variation happens in one of them and within another dimension things might be slightly or totally different.
It is not certain yet which dimension we will move into with our present consciousness. It can change from day to day, depending on our decisions made moment by moment, our actions, or our non-actions.
The woman in the interview said the following about this particular future life: Remarkably less people are living on the planet. Overall life seems to be much lighter. There had been so strong environmental pollutions that made the people lose their reproductive ability and therefore less people had remained on the planet.
This report or rather this prospect was kind of sobering for me. At the same
time also an occasion to let go of my precast future expectations. Indeed,
a positive side effect as it lets me stay open for any kind of future.
Somewhere I read that genetically modified food leads to impotence after several
generations. I also read that there is a plan to significantly reduce the
number of people on this planet by environmental pollution.
Nevertheless, my expectation was more like we will be able, maybe with the help of benevolent extraterrestrial beings, to clean this planet, to introduce new and clean technologies, to escape from the clutches of the system, and to recover somehow.
But the woman did not mention any contact with extraterrestrial beings or the rescue of this planet. She reported about everything getting even worse before earth virtually cleansed itself.
All this somehow fits to an experience I had a while ago when driving through a wonderful avenue with huge old trees on both sides. The trees seemed to be timeless. I felt this permanence of the trees and the following thoughts came up: These trees will still be there once I have left this planet and the next generations will look at them as well and will have their own experience. Everything continues as before. But I will not have changed the planet. I will be somewhere else and it will be a matter of having learnt my part and having gained my experience. The earth will revolve on, without me. Somehow these thoughts were beautiful because they were so peaceful.
Anyway, the future described by this woman without extraterrestrial contact, without a cleaned planet, without victory over evil also makes me let go of my expectations.
The future is open, everything is possible. We do not know in which parallel dimension we will experience the future. For me this woman's story brought about to let go of the future.
Whatever life provides us with, no matter whether we destroy or whether we rescue the planet, it is always about the experience. We do not know what our soul has in mind for us. It is good to stay open and accept what life has to offer.
My personal conclusion: Let us not limit ourselves by wishing for matters
we consider being right while our point of view might be deceived and while
we cannot see how these matters would like to present themselves in truth
and without deception. Let us be surprised by the future. Let us give the
future the chance to be in such a way it would like to present itself, maybe
totally different from anything we can imagine from our present limited perspective.
